Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves supporting an ERP system upgrade for a leading organization, requiring experience with COINS or Microsoft Dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with non-technical users to gather and translate requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications
- Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments
- Support an ERP system upgrade and data migration at a user/change level
- Coordinate Compliance with IT Governance
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing
Key Skills:
- Proven experience supporting either COINS or Dynamics
- Understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts
- Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users
- Experience working in large, enterprise environments
- Good technical knowledge of Foundation IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure concepts, Business Applications, Middleware integrations
- Proficiency in Visio or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management

Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support an ERP system upgrade. Business Analyst contract experience with either COINS or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.
