Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with non-technical users to gather and interrogate requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and clear technical specifications
- Conduct as-is/to-be analysis using Visio and support change impact assessments
- Work across network architecture, ERP systems, and satellite communications at a user/change level
- Input into Azure DevOps – manage work items, requirements traceability and testing alignment
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects and understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, satellite)
- Requirement gathering from all levels of users, especially non-technical users
- Experience working in large, enterprise environments

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced with complex, enterprise-level change. Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a contractor who can support two critical IT projects.
Infrastructure Refresh: A full refresh of LAN/WAN infrastructure and satellite connectivity improvements at sites facing connectivity issues.
ERP Upgrade: Support the enhancement and rollout of new modules.
Key Responsibilities:
