Role Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current-state (AS-IS) business processes, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and document future-state (TO-BE) processes, workflows, and operating models.
- Gather, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Support the configuration of Niche RMS modules, workflows, forms, business rules, and security settings.
- Develop and execute UAT scenarios to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong process mapping and process improvement skills.
- Experience producing AS-IS and TO-BE process models using recognised methodologies such as BPMN.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis expertise.
- Hands-on experience configuring Niche RMS or similar enterprise applications.
- Understanding of workflows, integrations, data structures, and migration activities.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and quality assurance activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of regulated environments, governance, compliance, and information management practices
Contract Details:
- Role: Business Analyst
- Rate: £400 - £500 per day
- IR35: Outside IR35
- Duration: Running till February 2027
- Location: Hybrid - Onsite 3-4 days per month
- Security: NPPV3 & SC clearance required or ability to obtain
