Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on driving digital initiatives within the energy sector, emphasizing change management. The position involves evaluating the impact of changes, managing stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of new processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and training during transitions. This is a temporary, hybrid position based in Warwick, with a pay rate of £700 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Impact Assessment: Evaluate how proposed changes will affect business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders, gather feedback, and address concerns related to change.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and concise business requirements.
- Change Communication: Partner with the SHECQ Communications team to create effective communication plans that keep everyone informed.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs that help employees and suppliers adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Process Mapping and Design: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and document new processes.
- Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct assessments to evaluate organizational readiness for change and develop strategies to overcome potential roadblocks.
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support during the transition to ensure a smooth implementation of changes.
- Change Management Planning: Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute change management plans effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor the progress of change initiatives and recommend improvements for future changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, project management, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the change process.

- Proven experience in business analysis, strategy, and change management within large organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset with experience in cross-functional teams.
- A robust track record as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience using Jira.
- Relevant Business Analysis Certifications.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities at all organizational levels.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a delivery-focused approach.
