Summary: The Business Analyst role is a 6-month contract position based in Warwick, focusing on supporting digital transformation initiatives within a leading organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring solutions meet business needs, particularly in relation to Windows 11 upgrades and large-scale system migrations. This position requires strong stakeholder management and process mapping skills, along with the ability to work independently. Current SC Clearance and NPPV3 clearance or eligibility are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather and prioritise requirements.
- Develop clear and actionable use cases, business requirements documents, process maps, and system specifications.
- Collect and analyse data to provide insights that support project decision-making.
- Work closely with project and development teams to support solution design, testing (including UAT), and implementation.
- Provide deployment support including training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering digital change and transformation projects, ideally including Windows 11 upgrades or large system migrations.
- Strong process mapping (As Is - To Be) and application mapping capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- A self-starter who’s confident working independently without needing constant direction.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Must hold current SC Clearance & NPPV3 clearance or eligibility to obtain these clearances.
