Summary: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the "Scan to ERP" replacement project, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and optimize business processes. The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. The position requires ongoing business analysis support for the Limerick facility and potentially other regional sites. This is a contract role based in Warsaw with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment and preliminary design phase of the “Scan to ERP” replacement project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, including high-level design, cost estimation, resourcing plans, and timelines.
• Document and analyse current business processes (as-is) and propose optimized future-state processes (to-be).
• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Recommend business process and system changes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, senior management, and IT teams.
• Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) across systems, technology, and processes to drive project success.
• Provide ongoing business analysis support to the Limerick facility and potentially other regional sites.

Key Skills:

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst, with experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution is essential.
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially legacy technologies (e.g., AS400-based solutions).
• Knowledge of RFgen mobile barcoding and data collection technology is desirable.
• Functional understanding of ERP platforms in a manufacturing context is preferred.
