Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the assessment and design phase of the "Scan to ERP" replacement project. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, documenting current processes, and recommending improvements. The position requires acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams while providing ongoing support to various facilities. This is a contract role based in Warsaw with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment and preliminary design phase of the “Scan to ERP” replacement project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, including high-level design, cost estimation, resourcing plans, and timelines.
• Document and analyse current business processes (as-is) and propose optimized future-state processes (to-be).
• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Recommend business process and system changes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, senior management, and IT teams.
• Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) across systems, technology, and processes to drive project success.
• Provide ongoing business analysis support to the Limerick facility and potentially other regional sites.

Key Skills:

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst, with experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution is essential.
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially legacy technologies (e.g., AS400-based solutions).
• Knowledge of RFgen mobile barcoding and data collection technology is desirable.
• Functional understanding of ERP platforms in a manufacturing context is preferred.
