Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with site teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Assist in the development of project plans, track progress, and conduct simulations and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit and define requirements.
• Support the implementation of new business processes and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar field.
