Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the Medicare business unit in preparation for the 2026 AEP Medicare. The position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective testing and documentation processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily standup meetings and manage daily schedules and overtime expectations.
- Review project requirements, design test plans and test cases, and execute tests while logging bugs in tracking tools.
- Communicate with team members, business analysts, and designers to clarify unexpected results or questions.
- Conduct peer reviews and sign off on completed tasks.
- Prepare documentation related to health plans and collaborate with IT teams and business owners.
- Engage in postproduction validation and defect management throughout the UAT testing lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and flexible work environment that encourages curiosity and inquiry.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
- Intermediate expertise in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience in structured testing, requirement gathering, and data analysis.
- Ability to read or modify complex SQL queries in a relational database.
- Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and testing management tools like Jira and qTest.
- Disqualifiers include lack of minimum experience and strong testing skills.
