Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and site visits to capture and validate business needs
* Document current-state workflows, identify pain points, and define desired outcomes with precision and clarity
* Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and technology-driven efficiencies across operations, supply chain, and facility workflows
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize future-state processes
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development, architecture, and product teams
* Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility
* Support the discovery and assessment of legacy systems to aid in technology rationalization and transition planning
* Assist with data analysis, mapping, and integration planning for platforms such as ERP, inventory management, and ordering systems
* Develop use cases and test scripts; Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations
* Contribute to training materials and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive user adoption
* Communicate project status, risks, and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in mid-to-large scale environments
* Strong technical understanding of systems architecture, databases, APIs, and data flow diagrams
* Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and SQL
* Experience with enterprise systems including ERP, work order management, procurement, or facility management platforms
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
