Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and create reports on technical products and markets.
- Engage in technical writing, product ownership, or program management.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and manage backlog/release plans.
- Analyze and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Generate solutions to business problems and identify optimal solutions.
- Work with various SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile Scrum.
- Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for project management.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders.
- Create detailed reports and deliver presentations.
- Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Manage time effectively and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Possess knowledge of Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and financial services domains.

- Experience in participating or facilitating agile ceremonies, handling a backlog/release plan, supervising team level metrics, removing blockers
