Our client - Local Government - is seeking an experienced Business Analyst on an interim basis to support a Local Government Reorganisation programme, working to translate service requirements into clear, prioritised system change needs.
Key skills/experience:
- Strong analytical background across service, process, data or system change
- Confident challenging assumptions and testing requirements directly with service teams and SMEs
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement across both operational and technical audiences
- Experience producing impact assessments, requirements traceability and options appraisal/decision support documentation
- Local government or public sector background essential; LGR or similar transition experience highly desirable
