Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on implementing a new ERP application, specifically SAP Business One, to enhance business processes related to transport, fleet, and stock delivery. The position involves analyzing and mapping processes, recommending improvements, and ensuring effective user training and data cleansing. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, and map business processes for transport, fleet, and stock delivery to the new ERP.
- Review and recommend efficient invoicing processes in SAP, considering complex pricing models.
- Run test scenarios for processes and functional tests.
- Assist with planning and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collate results.
- Review training materials to ensure they meet user needs.
- Contribute to data cleansing and application integration for go-live.
Key Skills:
- Business Analysis expertise with a focus on transport, fleet, haulage, and stock delivery processes.
- Experience optimizing haulage processes on ERP applications, ideally SAP Business One.
- Ability to review and identify process improvements.
- Testing experience, including scenarios, functional testing, and UAT.
- Training experience for users.
- Familiarity with SAP accounts module.
