Business Analyst
Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves driving transformation initiatives and optimizing business processes within a technology-led organization. The position requires mapping current processes, conducting gap analyses, and aligning business requirements with implementation roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:
- Map and document current business processes across service delivery, operations, sales, and finance
- Conduct gap analysis against best-practice workflows for system implementations
- Work closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with the implementation roadmap
- Define and document future-state processes and workflows
- Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live
- Capture and validate user requirements and acceptance criteria
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of ITSM and PSA processes (Service Desk, Projects, Finance, CRM, Asset Management)
- Experience with PSA tools such as Halo PSA, ConnectWise, Autotask, or ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work across multiple teams
