Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for utility systems
• Support creation of functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with operations, billing, and IT teams
• Support enhancements to billing, metering, and reporting systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Support UAT and defect tracking
• Maintain process and compliance documentation
  Required Qualifications

• 1 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
• Exposure to power, energy, or utilities domain
• Understanding of Agile/SDLC methodology
• Experience using JIRA or documentation tools
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of data and reporting
• Ability to work in regulated environments
