Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business analysis, translating requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.
- Draft requirements and acceptance criteria using tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Organize and lead analysis sessions with multiple stakeholders, driving topics from analysis and design through to scripting and execution.
- Support testing activities, including troubleshooting and triage during the testing phase.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Skills:
- Loan IQ expertise – minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience (Primary Skill).
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Loans and related processes.
- Proven ability as a BA to undertake detailed analysis (not a Project Manager role).
- Experience in writing requirements and acceptance criteria, preferably with Confluence and JIRA.
