Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Create process maps, user stories and customer journeys.
• Support discovery, design and delivery of strategic enhancements.
• Work with Product, Operations, Technology and Risk stakeholders.
• Support technology-enabled change and customer experience improvements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.

Experience you'll need as a Business Analyst

• Proven Business Analyst experience within Financial Services or a regulated environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and user story experience.
• Experience working across Product, Operations and Technology.
• Experience delivering customer journey or customer experience improvements.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled change and transformation.

What’s on Offer

£500 - £575 per day Inside IR35.

Hybrid working, with 3 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes.
