Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting a central government client's transformation programme by leading the design, development, and testing of processes for a new operating model. The position is part of a Transformation Team responsible for overseeing a complex organisational change initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process modelling and improvement methodologies, particularly within the public sector. This role is hybrid and requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, embedding, and testing of processes for a new operating model.

- Implement new structures, processes, ways of working, and culture.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of successfully applying practical knowledge of business process modelling and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean).
- Demonstrable experience of successfully applying specialist expertise in business analysis to review systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (M365) and Visio.
- Must have worked in the public sector previously.
