Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting a central government client's transformation programme by leading the design, development, and testing of processes for a new operating model. The position is part of a Transformation Team responsible for overseeing a complex organisational change initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process modelling and improvement methodologies, particularly within the public sector. This role is hybrid and requires immediate availability.

- Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (M365) and Visio.
- Must have worked in the public sector previously.
