Summary: This role is for a Business Analyst focused on a business change project related to credit regulation and premium finance. Candidates should have experience in business change within finance projects. The position is classified as outside IR35, indicating a flexible working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis Approach Definition: Able to define the approach to Analysis for a large number of workstreams spanning different operations and systems
- Requirements Documents: Business Requirements Document (BRD/Requirements catalogue), Functional Requirements Specification, Non-Functional Requirements Document. Requirements to be documented to an appropriate level, read to hand off to Tech and non-technology delivery teams
- Process Modelling: Modelling as-is (where needed) and to-be process models to industry standards. The ability to manage a varied level of as-is knowledge across different teams and systems
- Stakeholder management: Ability to engage with internal Stakeholders at all levels with a varied level of understanding.
- Traceability: To create and document an artefact that tracks requirements from their origin to their implementation.
- Optioneering: Present to the project team options to address risks and issues as identified during analysis
Key Skills:
- Experience in business analysis within finance projects
