Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting the delivery of a contact centre modernisation program, focusing on the integration of a new Contact Centre solution. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans for client-owned services and integrations
- Support and lead the delivery and testing of the replacement Contact Centre solution
- Liaise between the new Contact Centre partner and existing service providers (e.g., PCI Pal, Verint) to ensure seamless integration
- Provide Business Analyst support to the programme, covering various development aspects

- Experience in business analysis within a contact centre environment
