Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting the delivery of a contact centre modernisation program, focusing on the integration of a new Contact Centre solution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead the delivery and testing of the replacement Contact Centre solution.
  • Liaise between the new Contact Centre partner and existing service providers (e.g., PCI Pal, Verint) to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide Business Analyst support to the programme, covering various development aspects.
