Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Identification: Mapping out the client's ecosystem to ensure all voices from executives to end-users are heard.
- As-Is vs. To-Be Analysis: Conducting workshops to document current workflows and visualizing the future state using flowcharts and diagrams.
- Gap Analysis: Identifying the specific distance between where the client is and where they need to be, then proposing viable solutions.
- Scope Definition: Helping the Project Manager define what is "in" and "out" of scope to prevent scope creep later in the project.
Key Skills:
- Experience translating business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to high-impact Discovery phases.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience delivering at least one significant project within Local or Central Government.
- Understanding of the GDS Service Manual and the Service Assessment process (Alpha, Beta, Live) is advantageous.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Stakeholder Identification: Mapping out the client's ecosystem to ensure all voices from executives to end-users are heard.

- Gap Analysis: Identifying the specific distance between where the client is and where they need to be, then proposing viable solutions.

As a Business Analyst you will have experience of;
- Business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proven track record of leading or contributing to high-impact Discovery phases, successfully moving from initial ambiguity to a defined project roadmap
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with at least one significant project delivered within a Local or Central Government
- An understanding of the GDS Service Manual and the Service Assessment process (Alpha, Beta, Live) is a significant advantage
