Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves supporting a large-scale SAP migration programme by defining requirements and shaping solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. The position requires leading discovery efforts, facilitating workshops, and producing high-quality documentation. The Business Analyst will also support delivery teams through implementation phases. This is a contract position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring occasional travel to Manchester for workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and define clear, actionable requirements
- Analyse current processes and design future state solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive alignment
- Produce high-quality documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Support delivery, testing, and implementation phases
Key Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis experience across end-to-end delivery
- Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in agile or hybrid environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Desirable: SAP migration or large transformation programme experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro
