Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: Manchester, UK

Job Purpose (Overview): The programme will modernise the technologies that support our Market-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes implementing a tech stack made up of market-leading CRM and integration platforms, along with industry-specific applications. Delivery follows a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach involving multiple vendors.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with:

  • Strong experience in business analysis techniques
  • Proven skill in documenting requirements to a defined standard
  • A background ideally in the energy sector
  • Experience with energy solution design and delivery (e.g., CRM, Billing, Market Interaction, Pricing, Credit Risk Management)
  • Familiarity with end-to-end value chain integrations in the non-domestic sector (e.g., Gain Customer, Maintain Customer, Billing, Payments, Collections)

Main Focus of the Position

Provide expert analysis and documentation support to cross-functional project teams. Work directly with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications.
