Job Purpose (Overview): The programme will modernise the technologies that support our Market-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes implementing a tech stack made up of market-leading CRM and integration platforms, along with industry-specific applications. Delivery follows a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach involving multiple vendors.
We are seeking a Business Analyst with:
- Strong experience in business analysis techniques
- Proven skill in documenting requirements to a defined standard
- A background ideally in the energy sector
- Experience with energy solution design and delivery (e.g., CRM, Billing, Market Interaction, Pricing, Credit Risk Management)
- Familiarity with end-to-end value chain integrations in the non-domestic sector (e.g., Gain Customer, Maintain Customer, Billing, Payments, Collections)
