Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in HR or people technology domains.
- Strong knowledge of Workday - HR, payroll, or workforce management systems and processes.
- Demonstrable experience in business process mapping (eg, BPMN, SIPOC, or similar frameworks).
- Strong data literacy with experience working with HR metrics, reporting tools, or people analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, with experience writing epics, user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Exposure to target-state architecture work or participation in technology roadmap planning.
