Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Workday - HR, payroll, or workforce management systems and processes.
  • Demonstrable experience in business process mapping (eg, BPMN, SIPOC, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong data literacy with experience working with HR metrics, reporting tools, or people analytics platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, with experience writing epics, user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Exposure to target-state architecture work or participation in technology roadmap planning.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a VMS migration for a global financial services customer. The desired candidate must have experience with Workday systems.
