Key Responsibilities:
- Document and manage business requirements and user stories.
- Model as-is/to-be processes using formal modeling techniques.

- Ensure Non-Functional requirements are understood.
- Engage with stakeholders and influence project outcomes.
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex organizations, preferably in insurance.
- Strong knowledge of claims systems and processes.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and process mapping.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or Peoplesoft.
- Hands-on experience with Policy Administration System transformation projects is a plus.

My client is a high-profile Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Business Analyst with proven Insurance industry experience, knowledge of Claims (systems and processes) and ideally have good knowledge of CRM systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex (Insurance preferred) organisations
- Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories
- Capability to Model as-is / to-be processes using formal Modelling techniques
- Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum) delivery model / set up
- Previous experience of ensuring Non-Functional requirements are understood
- Strong knowledge of Claims (systems and processes)
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement
- Experience of working in Agile delivery practices
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working (1-2 days per week onsite)
Nice to have:
- Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Claims / PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar
- Good knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / Peoplesoft
