Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or performance analysis.

  • Experience with campaign analytics and performance measurement in customer success or retention programs.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data engineering practices, including ETL processes, pipeline automation, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Background in digital platforms or subscription-based businesses, with exposure to customer monetization strategies (nice-to-have).
