Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Shopify Architecture and eCommerce experience to join our team in London
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for Shopify / Shopify Plus eCommerce platforms and transformation initiatives
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer journeys, and functional requirements
- Analyse and document Shopify architecture, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end eCommerce processes
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to validate proposed Shopify architecture and technical solutions
- Analyse headless and composable commerce architectures , including Shopify Storefront APIs and custom storefront approaches
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong Shopify / Shopify Plus experience – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of Shopify Architecture – Mandatory
- Strong eCommerce / Digital Commerce experience
- Experience with Shopify integrations and APIs
- Experience with headless / composable commerce
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Solution Architects and engineering teams
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
