Business Analyst

Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, particularly in the context of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and document clear business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements or automation.
• Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
