Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and document clear business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements or automation.
- Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
- Liaise between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Key Skills:
- Experience in AML Compliance (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening).
- Familiarity with Custody Operations (Trade Settlement, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions).
- Proficiency in Agile & Waterfall Methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
