Summary: The Business Analyst role is a 3-month contract position based in London/Solihull, focusing on business planning and financial modeling for a luxury motorcycle manufacturer. The position requires collaboration with various teams to evaluate product costs and analyze sales performance. Candidates must have valid eligibility to work in the UK and travel within the EU. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning & Financial Modelling
- Support the Director of Alternative Revenue
- Partner with Buying, Sourcing, and Product teams, to evaluate product costs
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor ranges, pricing models, etc.
- Analyse sales, stock and margin performance
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Financial Analyst in a product-led environment (e.g. automotive, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer goods)
- Proven ability to build and maintain financial models to inform business planning.
- Strong understanding of demand/supply dynamics and commercial decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and fluency with business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a commercial mindset.
