The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the vital link between Group IT and our business units, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, cost-effective, and sustainable. You’ll lead both pre-project analysis and standard business analysis throughout the project lifecycle. We currently have permanent and fixed term contracts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage project analysis to define scope, assess feasibility, and estimate costs.
• Gather and prioritise business requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Redesign business processes and support change adoption.
• Support product and supplier selection with clear, objective criteria.
• Define functional solutions and support testing to ensure quality delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

• BCS Certificate in Business Analysis (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a structured project environment
• ERP systems experience (System21, Aurora, or Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
• Manufacturing sector (ideally food or FMCG) experience is a plus
