Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse policies, governance frameworks and processes to assess the current state of the CDO portfolio.
  • Map services, users, pain points and business outcomes.
  • Produce service maps, outcome maps, and as-is/to-be process maps.
  • Translate governance and policy requirements into user-centred product definitions and operational workflows.
  • Gather, refine and document detailed business requirements.
  • Ensure traceability between products, user needs and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience within transformation or change programmes.
  • Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills.

Business Analyst

Rate: Up to £310 per day (Inside IR35)

Clearance: BPSS

Location: Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne, Glasgow and Sheffield.

On-site: Approx. 40% (subject to client confirmation)

Travel: Potential travel once per sprint
