Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements
- Analyse and improve business processes
- Conduct use case and impact analysis to support design decisions
- Engage effectively with stakeholders and manage key relationships
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams in a multidisciplinary environment
- Support access management and information governance initiatives
- One role will specifically focus on MS Purview Information Protection (labelling/classification of data)
Key Skills:
- Proven track record working on M365 projects (Email, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience in access management and governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work across complex organisations and multidisciplinary teams
- For one role: hands-on experience with MS Purview Information Protection and data classification/labelling

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a high-impact, multidisciplinary digital transformation team delivering critical projects across M365 services, including Email, SharePoint, and Teams. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in Leeds or Manchester for at least 2 days per week (Potentially 3 days from September). Central Government experience is an absolute MUST for both these positions.
