Summary: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to engage in a strategic initiative focused on offshoring process capability analysis. The role entails evaluating current capabilities, identifying gaps, and assessing third-party vendor offerings to enhance resource allocation and product introduction. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights. This is a contract role based in Leeds with a flexible onsite requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gap analysis on current offshoring capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess current offshore resource capability (including existing operations in Delhi).
  • Evaluate third-party vendor capabilities and provide recommendations.
  • Support decision-making for offshoring and re-onshoring strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Document findings and present clear recommendations to senior management.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on projects involving offshoring or re-onshoring work.
  • Strong understanding of process capability analysis and vendor evaluation.
  • Ability to perform gap analysis and articulate strategic options.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • No requirement for offshore travel.

Location: Leeds (2 days per week onsite but is negotiable)
