One of our esteemed clients in the telecommunications industry is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for managing and improving their contract life cycle management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in contract management and be comfortable working closely with technical teams.

• Requirements Management: Ensure all business requirements are properly documented and worked through.
• Contract Management: Handle a large number of supplier contracts, many of which are currently managed manually.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement a system for managing contracts throughout their life cycle within the Business, with plans to expand this capability across the entire group.
• Sign-Off and SLA Management: Oversee the sign-off process and manage service level agreements (SLAs) throughout the contract's life.
• Current State and Development: Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage, with three suppliers identified and a preferred technical vendor selected. Engage in negotiations and further development work.

• Technical Interaction: Must be comfortable dealing with technologists and able to face off with technical teams.
• Communication Skills: Ability to credibly discuss key artefacts with architects or solution designers.
• Proficiency: Demonstrated strong ability in contract management.
• Skills: Proficiency in the software delivery life cycle (SDLC) and creating detailed, robust documentation.
