Summary: Business Analyst with extensive experience in delivering end-to-end business change and technology transformation is sought for a 6-month contract with a leading Financial Services client in Leeds. This hybrid role, classified as outside IR35, offers a competitive daily rate. The position involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, facilitating significant transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to high-impact change and support operational improvements across various business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and support operational and governance changes.
- Drive improvements across business processes, MI, reporting, and oversight.
- Support third-party vendor onboarding and integration, including user access and data integration.
- Update policies, procedures, and standards as necessary.
- Ensure business readiness through training, upskilling, and ongoing support as new processes are introduced.
- Partner with IT and Development teams to define requirements and ensure smooth transition into build, testing, and BAU handover.
Key Skills:
- Excellent experience as a Business Analyst.
- Financial Services experience.
- Demonstrable exposure working across multiple projects, defining business analysis approach.
- End-to-end as is & to be modelling & requirements elicitation.

You will act as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and supporting delivery across the full project lifecycle. The role will involve conducting stakeholder impact assessments, supporting operational and governance changes, and driving improvements across business processes, MI, reporting and oversight. You will also support third-party vendor onboarding and integration, including user access and data integration, alongside updates to policies, procedures and standards.
