Summary: The Business Analyst role involves joining a digital transformation team within the manufacturing/service industry, focusing on documenting processes, gathering user requirements, and supporting project delivery. The position requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to enhance system functionalities and streamline operations. This hybrid role is based in Bradford, requiring occasional travel to other UK sites. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of digital transformation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather user requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to understand their needs.
  • Develop detailed specifications for system enhancements.
  • Support the delivery of large projects within the operations/service sector.
  • Partner with the project manager to develop and execute project plans.
  • Review day-to-day operations with department heads and senior operators.
  • Streamline processes without increasing headcount.
  • Integrate CRM, quoting, design, and finance systems for seamless operations.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years minimum).
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience in the Services/Manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM, quotation, and finance software systems.
  • Understanding of digital transformation best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile).

Salary (Rate): 450
