We're currently working with a client who is out to market for a Business Analyst to lead the requirement gathering on a process evaluation project. The role requires someone with extensive process mapping experience, who is comfortable with hybrid working and liaising with a variety of stakeholders.The organisation has recently gone through several acquisitions and are keen to get a comprehensive overview of efficient and inefficient internal processes across all existing and newly acquired companies. The first stages of the project would be mainly discovery and requirement gathering with reporting and recommendations to follow.The requirement is as follows:Role: Business AnalystContract Length: 4 MonthsIR35 Status: Inside IR35Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in Leeds or Manchester)Start Date: ASAPRate: DOE c. 300-375 / daySkills:Extensive process mapping experience (Essential)Excellent stakeholder management skills (Essential)Experience designing product process flows.
