Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for corporate banking initiatives
- Analyse existing business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, or optimisation
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories that guide development
- Support solution design, working with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Participate in and help facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups with stakeholders at various levels
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accurate delivery and alignment with objectives
- Assist with change management and training activities as new systems and processes are introduced to the business
Key Skills:

- Solid understanding of corporate banking products and services, including cash management, payments, commercial lending, or treasury

This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Knutsford. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least 5 years’ experience to support the ongoing evolution of their corporate banking services.
