Summary: The role of Senior Business Analyst focuses on leading the implementation of privacy and risk management tools, specifically OneTrust or similar platforms, within a client that is innovating in online retail. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to gather requirements, drive project lifecycles, and optimize workflows while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in third-party risk management and experience in end-to-end project implementations. This hybrid role is based in Hatfield, England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle for privacy and risk management tools (OneTrust or similar) from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
- Drive the implementation of third-party risk management frameworks, aligning with compliance and procurement policies.
- Analyze and optimize workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
- Provide system configuration support, user training, and post-implementation reviews.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in data privacy and risk management.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the food retail or related sector.
- Strong hands-on experience with OneTrust or similar GRC/privacy management platforms (e.g., TrustArc, LogicGate).
- Demonstrated track record of end-to-end implementation projects involving privacy and third-party risk tools.
- Deep understanding of third-party risk management concepts, vendor assessments, and compliance workflows.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
