The platform is highly customisable for organisations and the data enrichment has shown to reduce mental health absences in NatWest Bank by 6.9% in the first year. The revenue generated from JAAQ At Work is what funds the growth of the free platforms for the world.We re a rapidly evolving organisation with a high performing mentality, and a culture underpinned by human first values which shines above and beyond everything.The RoleAs we continue to grow, we're looking for a superstar Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 6 month basis - likely to become FT. As a Business Analyst, you ll be responsible for working alongside the Chief Impact Officer at JAAQ to deliver strategic engagement and client data reviews for our large corporate partners - driving early adoption, prevention and improving the efficiency of care. You ll be an analytical thinker, naturally able to process and read data to extrapolate outcomes and impact for our partners, with a keen eye for attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesData gathering, analysis, and reporting:Conducting internal and external data collection activities.Analysing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement for clientsCreating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Developing and maintaining databases and dashboards to track key metrics and progress.Workshop Facilitation and Delivery:Planning and supporting the delivery of engaging and interactive workshops on health and wellbeing topics for senior stakeholders from a varied set of industries.Adapting workshop content and delivery style to meet the specific needs of each client and audience.Evaluating workshop effectiveness and gathering participant feedback.Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.Understanding client needs and objectives, and tailoring solutions accordingly.Providing ongoing support and consultation to clients.Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling JAAQ At Work services.Impact Measurement and Reporting:Working with the Chief Impact Officer to develop and implement JAAQ impact measurement frameworks.Collecting and analysing data to track the impact of JAAQ, JAAQ Junior, JAAQ At Work products and services (using Google Analytics, Databox and Excel and more)Preparing reports and presentations to communicate impact findings to clients, internal and external stakeholders.Project Management:Managing concurrent projects/client deadlines, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.Tracking project progress and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Identifying and mitigating project risks.Additional involvement:Supporting lead generation activities and identifying potential new clients.Supporting customer success impact measurement related activities.What We re Looking ForExperience: 2+ years of experience in similar environments - keen to here from you!Proactive & always learning attitude: A self-starter with a learning mindset.
