Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting Private Banking Relationship Managers by organizing information, executing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Play active role in building internal networks
- Organize and collect information to assist the Relationship Manager(s) with tasks
- Assist Private Banking Relationship Manager(s) in executing sales strategies and post-sales maintenance
- Interact and collaborate with Pershing, Sales Staff, External Clients, Controllers, Compliance, CSAM, Traders, Credit Officers, IT
- Lead operational and/or technical tasks/projects/assignments to identify and solve potential problems
- Assist in writing Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents, tracking defects, tracking resolutions, and providing summaries for management
- Partner with relationship managers to create a trusted advisor relationship between the bank and client
- Gather, analyze, and document Business and non-functional requirements
- Engage product and business specialists for requirements documentation
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 10+ years Lead Business Analyst experience in the Banking and Cards Services regulatory environment
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking and Cards
- Knowledge of financial and economic concepts including cash flow and wire transfers
- Training and/or mentoring in a project environment
- Ability to deliver and remain focused during periods of stress (high demand/high workload)
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
