Key Responsibilities:
- Create customer/user journeys for critical business applications.
- Test Pega solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are fit for purpose.
- Assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.
- Gather and document business requirements and processes.
- Support configuration of Pega applications to meet business needs.
- Work closely with Pega developers to implement functionality.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide training and support to end users on Pega applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including flowcharts and operational guidelines.
- Manage support model documentation and user lifecycle management documentation.
- Work with internal/external stakeholders to establish requirements and define acceptance tests.
- Ensure traceability between agreed requirements and the completed design.
