What you'll be doing:

You’ll support the delivery of business analysis activity across our portfolio of change, ensuring that the impact of organisational change is supported, defined and managed successfully. Communicating with internal colleagues, you’ll understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole. You’ll use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes. As the Business Analyst, you'll support the business analysis function by assisting in the accurate gathering, documentation and communication of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with senior analysts and development teams to help ensure that solutions align with user needs and project objectives.
