Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize UML modelling and storyboards for requirement traceability.
- Employ wire framing and prototyping tools effectively.
- Build relationships and manage stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills.

One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients are looking for a highly experienced IT Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
Project Scope: New digital transformation application solution projects, including Witness Gateway, Defence Agent Service and Digital Evidence Sharing Capabilities. In particular, They are engaging in a Business Information Transformation (BIT) Programme, this is a strategic, multi-year initiative designed to fundamentally transform how the organisation manages, governs, and uses its business and corporate information. At its core, the BIT Programme aims to modernise information practices by introducing a new Business Information Hub on SharePoint, implementing a single search facility across platforms, and transitioning from legacy systems like My Documents and shared drives to secure Microsoft 365 cloud solutions.
Essentials: Well-developed and proven analytical capabilities and demonstrable knowledge of applying appropriate IT business analysis methods/techniques to explore, define and deliver stakeholder requirements. Experience of leading or working in a medium to large technology change programme. Experience of owning and managing business requirements from inception to product delivery and the ability to deliver to time deadlines. Experience capturing and documenting requirements and use cases, business rules, requirements traceability, UML modelling, using storyboards. Proven experience using wire framing /prototyping tools. Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, interviewing, presentation skills and stakeholder management.
