Summary: The Business Analyst role in Glasgow requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within the social services sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis, design, development, architecture, integration, production support, and project leadership.
- Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and lead fit/gap analysis.

- Develop business cases, document use cases, and test product implementations.
- Provide insights on data models and explain relationships between entities and attributes.
- Recommend application/functional extensions to meet client requirements.
- Plan and execute tests to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
Key Skills:

- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
