Key Responsibilities:
- Improve regulatory reporting capability within an Agile environment.
- Gather requirements, write user stories, and manage the backlog.
- Support the business across the project life cycle.
- Interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide analytical insights.
- Engage with international teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and remediate data modeling issues.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst in Regulatory Reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (FINREP, COREP, Basel III, PRA, EBA, SEC).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering and backlog management.

I have an immediate opportunity for a Business Analyst with Regulatory Reporting background in Financial Services.
You will be joining an ongoing programme of work for our client in Glasgow, looking to improve their regulatory reporting capability within an Agile environment.
I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst, ideally within the Regulatory Reporting domain.
- In-depth knowledge of key regulatory reporting frameworks and requirements, such as FINREP, COREP, Basel III, PRA, EBA, and SEC reporting.
- Experience of requirement gathering, writing user stories, backlog management and supporting the business across the project life cycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Experience in data modelling, identify issues and remediate these
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of working across international teams.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on delivering results and adopting change successfully.
