Summary: This role is for a Technical Business Analyst in a fast-growing tech-led organization focused on enhancing digital tools for global clients. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to define user journeys and deliver scalable solutions. It offers a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of remote and on-site work in Paisley. The role is initially a 3-month contract with potential for extension and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver enhancements to digital tools used by global clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out user journeys.
- Write detailed user stories and ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders and maintain excellent communication.

- Experience in supply chain or logistics is a bonus.

Your new role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of product and engineering, helping to define and deliver enhancements to a suite of digital tools used by global clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out user journeys, write detailed user stories, and ensure solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration in Paisley. Occasional travel to other UK offices may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Technical or Product-focused Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern software development practices
