Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop business cases, requirements, and process documentation to support change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, operational teams, and technology teams to ensure seamless delivery of change initiatives.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes and provide recommendations to minimize risks.
- Support the implementation of new processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives post-implementation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business and operational change.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
