Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across projects
  • Maintain and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Produce clear documentation (eg requirements specifications, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria) appropriate to the delivery approach
  • Work closely with Product Specialists and stakeholders to translate business rules into practical solutions
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and other teams to clarify requirements throughout delivery
  • Contribute to data-related activities, including data mapping, validation, and quality assurance
  • Engage stakeholders to support understanding, alignment, and effective decision-making

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within software delivery or system change
  • Experience working across different delivery methodologies (eg Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Ability to produce clear, structured documentation suitable for a range of delivery approaches
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects
  • Experience with data migration or data focused work (desirable)
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (desirable)

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, ensuring solutions meet both operational and strategic needs. You will analyse data, develop robust business cases, and provide valuable insights to support informed decision-making. The Role
